I remember seeing that video before, although I don't know much about the Mystery Dungeon series.
I recall that there is apparently debug text hidden within Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explorers of Sky, but that no debugging features have actually been found, which is a similar case with Pokémon Platinum and Pokémon HeartGold/SoulSilver.
Edit: Oh wait, so they have been found relatively quickly after its release actually.

Test Dungeon is a dungeon. Not a debug menu.
However, by going below the normal list of choices, you can access a menu which contains the following:
Dungeon Debug Play (loops to normal menu) Ground Debug Script (loops to normal menu) Ground Script Check (loops to normal menu) Ground Scene Check (loops to normal menu) Ground Map Check (loops to normal menu) Save Data Edit (New Menu) Cutscene Playback (loops to game intro) Sky Jukebox (Sky Jukebox - obviously) Debug Switch (New Menu) Debug Log (New Menu) Test Menu (loops to normal menu)
Save Data Edit
Default Data (Shows the saving message and then New Game) Initialized Data (save message b4 New Game) Go-Rescue Check (saves b4 New Game) Waiting-for-Rescue Check (saves b4 Normal Data) Break Data (Says deleting data then data was destroyed but has normal data) Initial Product Data (says clearing all save data then save data was cleared w. new game data)
Debug switch (Select=on/off)
Speed Up the Message No Screen Fade Sound OFF BGM off SE off Stage NPC dummy Text Limit Check No Cheat-Chek No Plunge-Check Dungeon Infinite Comeback Debug Edit Mode
Debug Log (select=on/off)
DUNGEON GROUND SCRIPT SCRIPT_DEBUG SCRIPT_SUPERVISION SCRIPT_COMMAND SOUND BGM SE FLAG FILE MEMORY BACKUP THREAD KERNEL PERFORMANCE
I used an emulator and cheat engine. Figure out the AR code yourselves. And I would appreciate if someone could figure out how to make the debug switches work.

I successfully used the PMD2 debug menu AR code on a PMD:Darkness USA rom i had spare, with NO$GBA.
(With the code on, keep on scrolling down with R button held until you scroll below the menu to an option with description " cringed!")

PMD2-Dark I found out. If you save a quicksave and do dungeon debug play, it loads beach cave and KOs you on the next floor.
And if you do ground debug, it loads the old town with debug stuffz. Heading left/right gives you a new town with no clipping. Heading up is dungeons.
Ground script has a list of scripts. They do various things.
Ground Map Check loads a list of maps. You can explore them.
Debug Switch/Log still don't work.
Test Menu loads the following menu:
Debug switch Debug log Sound Test Message Test Document Test List menu Test Initial sample Check No. of letters Review Text
Sounds like my everyday homework plan almost.
Sky Jukebox is missing.
