Hi guys! A few years ago this happened to me in my Pokemon Gold: I wanted to have all Pokemon Shiny so I used a Gameshark. I added the code to make all wild Pokemon appear shiny. Next I added the code to make every wild Pokemon Bulbasaur, then I caught 1. Then all Ivisaur, caught 1..... and so on. When it was Magikarp's turn, I added its code, then I went to a grass and I encountered a non-shiny Magikarp. First I thought that the Gameshark code for shinies was disabled somehow, but the next wild Magikarp was shiny, and every next Magikarp. :S Is it possible that when you have the shiny code, you have the same chances to encounter a non-shiny Pokemon as you have to encounter a shiny Pokemon without the code? If so, then if i didn't had the code on, I could have had a legal shiny Magikarp!
