The fact that it's basically NPC controlled makes frame timing a bit unfair due to unpredictability, but this was 2193 from reset to last input (counting the dead battery message.)

It's interesting how people eventually get there with large-scale TAS(s). Inputting a button every frame or every couple of frames is one thing, but planning for optimal physics and luck manipulation is another thing. I find it amazing how much it has evolved; given that people used to just play at something like 10% speed, but now at somewhere like TASvideos they expect you to re-record every frame don't they?
