I've been working on this for a while now. It's nothing revolutionary, just something I felt like doing. I've posted it a few other places either pokemon- or glitch-centric, but I feel like you guys would be more appreciative of it, if less impressed. Download: www.filedropper.com/wdnnsbv4Torrent: puu.sh/2ARtYoutube: goo.gl/bX89Q The torrent includes an additional audio commentary track that offers some basic explanation (and spastic banter).

In short, that's complete and utterly epic. I just finished watching the whole speedrun and its become my favourite speedrun ever. I really enjoyed it. You have excellent editing skills and every part of the video (even the last bit where you were withdrawing and evolving all those Pokémon) kept me glued to the screen. Plus, you can't get enough nostalgia.

I've watched as far as the sixteenth video by now, and I think it's fantastic. A lot of effort clearly went into this production, and I also find them somewhat hypnotic. I can't wait to watch the rest. One thing that I would have liked was if you told us your progress in the Pokedex at the end of an episode, just to get an idea of how much you did in the video. Maybe you could annotate it, like Pokedex: 37 or something.
Great work though, can't emphasise that enough!

The idea and style of this makes it amazing to watch. I can't say enough how good your editing is. The presentation alone makes this revolutionary, as well as the fact it's the first recorded run of something like this.

Maybe you could annotate it, like Pokedex: 37 or something. Haha, somebody said the exact same thing on another forum earlier. The only reason it isn't like that is because I initially edited it as a single, 70-minute video. It had actually been so long since I used youtube, I didn't know I could upload something that big/long, so I split it into segments. I'm uploading the full version right now, but I'll probably end up using that annotations idea soon too. Anyway, thanks everybody, I'm really glad you folks dig it.

Wow, just wow. Congratulations to you for accomplishing that.
By the way, are you sure you included that commentary track in the torrent. I can't find it and I really wanted to hear it

I just noticed now that when you save, it shows you the amount of Pokemon caught. You save at least 3 times in most of the videos, so that works just fine.

By the way, are you sure you included that commentary track in the torrent. I can't find it and I really wanted to hear it It's the second audio track. In most media players, there should be an option to choose between Track 1, Track 2, and no audio. I know for a fact you can do this in VLC, Media Player Classic, MPlayer, and GOMPlayer, but you can't do it in the default Windows Media Player. Sorry, people were having trouble with this elsewhere as well. Sometimes I forget that not everybody who's into pokemon and glitches is as big of a nerd as I am <_< Thanks guys. Youtube does in fact not allow me to upload the full video, so I'll try and add annotations sometime today or tonight.

Thanks! It opened in Windows Live Movie Maker last night (why would the installer assume that I want to open a single video file with a video editor?) and played the music track. Today I opened it in Windows Media Player and it played the commentary track (and got confused about how long the video was.)
While I consider myself to be adequately nerdy, putting two audio tracks into one video is a new one for me.

Congratulations wwwxxyy.
Your video is awesome, I really appreciate your dedication and effort. Near the end, where you evolves several Pokémon, that part was excellent.
Thanks for you work.

It seems that the download links are broken. Could someone post updated ones?
