Where the first digit is not 0, the number formed by the first two digits is a multiple of 2, the number formed by the first three digits is a multiple of 3 and so on. There's a finite number of polydivisibles, apparently. e.g. 1 ≠ 0, 10 is a multiple of 2, 102 is a multiple of 3. It does depend on base, e.g. Base-16 (hexadecimal): FA. F ≠ 0, FA is a multiple of 2.
