It appears to be some obtained pages from the site (I only looked at the file names).
Now we all can worry less about what's hidden behind that link (but do download it every now and then to keep the file active... you don't know if that user is actually a paid user or *gasp* a non-paid user -- which the file would get removed due to "last time downloaded" inactivity.)

Thanks for the mirror winmaster. That's awesome, now we don't need internet access to view the Big List and GlitchDex. I don't know anything about this, but I know that Adrian Malacoda does make backups of the site. It looks like an archive of the main site from before the Wiki existed, because it's basically just that (e.g. the GlitchDex, ItemDex/AttackDex files and individual articles). The meta folder contains backups of the indexes of Prof. Glitch and Nemesis Temple, which were two of the sites which Adrian Malacoda made before Glitch City Laboratories. More below.

Just in case anyone reads this, the old site (pre-wiki) had a stripped down version that I preserved as a backup. I could swear I made more backup copies but this particular backup is from April 14, 2007. It was posted as a site announcement on the GCL forum here: forums.glitchcity.info/index.php/topic,1115.msg19923.html#msg19923 The link in this announcement is still fresh. As for the meta folder, this was an in-progress section of the 2007-era Glitch City Laboratories that was to have pages about the sites, people, and events of the Pokemon glitch community itself (hence the word meta, information about the site and community). The meta section was never finished and hence never made public. In the current version of the pre-wiki site (the data is technically still there, even if there's no way to get at it) there is an additional article on me, which states that I am best known for being the founder and head admin of GCL (and also that I am a moderator on TRsRockin forums and the owner of #trsrockin, neither of which are still true, but whatever). That you get to see an unfinished never-been-public section of our site (a sort of GCL "Hidden Palace Zone" if you will) is somewhat ironic itself. And no, I have no idea whatever happened to that other Nemesis Temple site from 2005. I don't even remember making it (although I do remember the character himself).
