Ranking glitch Pokémon by their BST (WIP)

I decided to try and 'rank' the Generation I glitch Pokémon according to their base-stat totals (treating Special as one stat) from the GlitchDex. I used 8 ranks to calculate these; (x>699, 600<=x<700, 500<=x<600 and so on). What I'm trying to do is provide an outline for 'glitch cup' tiers. The glitch Pokémon which freeze the game on the opponent's side for a certain version will be mentioned as doing so (e.g. PokéWTrainer on Red/Blue).

Note that it is possible to link battle between Red and Yellow with glitch Pokémon; so there are different columns for these ("freeze on Red?" and "freeze on Yellow?"), the game essentially takes it on the other side as the equivalent glitch Pokémon 'with abnormal stats', though since only a few things like depositing a Pokémon in a box and evolution try to fix abnormal stats a 'normal battle' without communication errors is possible.

Since the GlitchDex hasn't documented the Base Stats of each of the 39 Missingno., only five are included: Hex 0x73 Red/Blue Missingno., Hex 0x73 Yellow Missingno., and the Red/Blue 0xB6, 0xB7, 0xB8 Missingno. (all rank 6).

Here are the results:

• No glitch Pokémon were in Rank 8 (had BSTs less than 100).
  
• 6 glitch Pokémon were in Rank 7 (BST is <200 but >= 100).
  
• 46 glitch Pokémon were in Rank 6 (BST is <300 but >=200).
  
• 28 glitch Pokémon were in Rank 5 (BST is <400 but >=300).
  
• 30 glitch Pokémon were in Rank 4 (BST is <500 but >=400).
  
• No glitch Pokémon were in Rank 3 (BST is <600 but >=500).
  
• 14 glitch Pokémon were in Rank 2 (BST is <700 but >=600).
  
• 12 glitch Pokémon were in Rank 1 (had BSTs greater than 700).
  

Interestingly, all glitch Pokémon with BSTs less than 200 are from Pokémon Yellow.
